- Service Timeline
- Sirshu Technologies will provide service within 7 days of receiving a valid concern or request.
- Exclusions for External Damage
- External damage to the product is not covered under this policy.
- Internal Damage and Replacement
- In the event of internal damage, Sirshu Technologies will provide a full replacement of the product, provided it is within the warranty period.
- Service Charges
- A mandatory service charge of ₹499 per visit will apply for all service requests, regardless of the nature of the issue.
- Warranty Coverage
- A 5-year replacement warranty is offered exclusively for POE, Camera, and NVR products.
- Validity of Terms
- All the above-mentioned terms and conditions are binding and upheld by Sirshu Technologies.
- Consumer Responsibility

- The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and installation of the product are conducted without any faults or issues.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS (Summary)
1. Coverage Period: 5-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY from the date of purchase, applicable exclusively to POE, Camera, and NVR products.
2. Warranty Type: Full product replacement is provided in the event of Internal Damage during the warranty period.
3. Exclusions: The warranty DOES NOT COVER any External Damage (physical damage, liquid spills, improper installation, natural disaster, etc.).
4. Service Commitment: Service will be provided within 7 days of receiving a valid concern or service request.
5. Service Charge: A mandatory service charge of ₹499 per visit will apply for all service requests, regardless of the nature of the issue (even for issues covered under replacement warranty).
6. Installation: The consumer is responsible for ensuring the product delivery and installation are conducted without any faults or issues.
